Hi all,

I have a doubt. I am receiving PBeM file games with number of slot 5 or more. I just have 5 slots for this sort of game, so the games I receive do not appear in the PBeM menu of the game (both in Win SPWW2 and MBT).

I´ve tried renumbering them so they can fit in an slot available (2, 3, 4 or whatever...). Then the battle appears in the menu, but when I try to load it the game says "saved game failed to load" or something like that. Any hints about how can I solve it?

On the downloaded version, you do have 5 Slots: but they are numbered 0 to 4. Re-numbering the files to load the Turn will trip the cheat-prevention mode and not allow you to play. There is no way around this.

You could always buy the CD...... ;-))

In SP:WAW, you can renumber and still play turns. The key is to make sure that at least two of the files have the same date-time stamp. This can be corrupted if a players plays the PBEM in Solitaire Mode. That is the only time I have seen the error you are stating.
But then again, different game, different coding.

When you want ,delete file "dxanitimer.dll" and rename file "camodll.dll" for "dxanitimer.dll" an you have CD version, I do it and I have´t problem but lot of slots:-)

It really does the trick medic. A few days ago I bought the ww2 but I have no regrets. I really like this game and I believe working with its creators by buying the cd version. As can buy the CD version of the MBT, but for now use the trick of medic
